Your Mission

The main focus of the E-Commerce Operations Coordinator is to convert our core processes into scalable, efficient and easy-to-use systems. You should have a proven track record of exceeding expectations in this area.

Your Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Our inbound customer inquiries are systemized to lead to high conversion rates
• Task Management: Our on-time completion rates for projects are shockingly high without compromise on quality
• HR: All internal HR processes are executed without error

Qualifications

• Proven track record in process improvement
• Strong task management skills
• People operations understanding, Positive Psychology background and asset
• Experience in the employee lifecycle
• Inbound Sales
• Customer Service
• Event Planning and Coordination
• Experience with Project Management software – ClickUp preferred
• Incredibly hungry to learn and self-driven
• Proactive and detail-oriented
• Highly organized and an excellent communicator
