Medical Image Processing Engineer

• Singapore

• Master’s degree and above

Work content

• According to specific clinical needs, develop algorithm modules with corresponding functions
• Responsible for the realization and verification of medical image processing algorithms, including but not limited to segmentation, registration, 3D visualization, etc.
• Organize analysis results and write related technical documents

Job Requirements

• Masters/PhD in Computer Science/Machine vision/Biomedical Engineering or other related discipline or equivalent
• Experience in image processing and analysis
• Familiar with DICOM standard and DICOM open-source library (dcmtk, etc.) preferred
• Familiar with C++, Python, and other programming languages
• Experience in using one or more open-source image libraries, such as OpenCV, ITK/VTK, etc. preferred
• Experience in GPU technology (CUDA) preferred
• Good reading and writing skills
• Experience in leading or participating in medical image processing software development projects preferred
