Job Summary:

The position is to ensure the commercial operation organization to deliver result in demand planning, logistic management, inventry management and customer service to support country demand needs and supply plan efficiently.  As a functional leader, cooperate with key leaders in support of annual business planning and strategic planning in cycle.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Proactively communicate with Supply Chain from plant and regional operation team to efficiently support in delivery of country demand needs and supply plan.
• Drive the optimization of processes, SOPs, and practices to continuously improve efficiency of country demand planning, inventory management, logistic  management and customer service.
• As China commercial operation leader, work closely with key functional leaders to support for the business planning and strategic planning during the cycle.
• Lead team to ensure daily operation in support of the commercial needs and objectives efficiently and smoothly, including demand planning, logistics and import/export, order management, inventory management and LivaNova sales data analysis.
  • Demand and Planning: Procurement & Planning, PO handling, with timely follow up to ensure on-time delivery. Running SIOP and   forecast review to figure out efficient demand plan to secure local supply. Regularly monitor stock situation, make timely adjustments to optimize OTD and inventory value.
  • Logistics and Import/Export Management: Process monitoring and optimization for both finished goods and inbound materials, to ensure accuracy and efficiency: Goods receiving, inspection, upload/download, packing & dispatch, etc.; set up standard and smooth process and cost control. Timely handling for daily custom clearance issues;
  • Order management and Sales Support: Be demand oriented, build up efficient and accurate ordering process to response the requests of customers. Make timely data collection and analysis to track LivaNova sales achievement.   
• Lead technical service team for daily service support of equipment and develop service business strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 10-year relevant experience in medical industry and proven track record of agile project management.
• Professional knowledge on the whole supply chain, including but not limited to demand planning, logistic, inventory, customer service. 
• Comprehensive knowledge of ERP system; SAP experience is a plus.
• Good communication skills and highly motivated, able to work under pressure and multi-task management.
• Influencing Skills-the ability to impact others to change behavior in pursuit of a common goal.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills at the senior leader and global level.
• Strong business acumen
• Proven track record in leading dynamic team with solid people management skill including coaching subordinates,  problem solving, decision.
• Team-oriented and result-oriented attitude. 
• Fluent in English oral and writing.
