About the job

As a Customer Contracts Manager at BlueWind Medical you will be responsible for the effective management of contracts and agreements with our customers, predominantly hospitals. You will serve as the liaison between our company and the contracting departments within hospitals, ensuring that all customer contracts are efficiently handled and meet the needs of both parties. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our mission to provide high-quality medical devices to healthcare institutions.

 

Responsibilities and Authorities: (list of the essential functions of the position itself)

  • Contract Negotiation:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and sales teams, to negotiate contract terms and conditions.
    • Ensure that contracts align with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract terms.
  • Contract Drafting:
    • Prepare and draft contracts, including master service agreements, procurement agreements, sales agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
    • Review and revise contract language to protect the company’s interests while fostering positive business relationships.
  • Contract Execution:
    • Facilitate the execution of contracts, including obtaining necessary signatures and approvals.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all executed contracts in a centralized database.
  • Contract Compliance:
    • Monitor contract performance to ensure that all parties adhere to their respective obligations.
    • Identify and address any breaches or deviations from contract terms and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • Risk Management:
    • Assess and manage legal and financial risks associated with contracts.
    • Develop strategies to mitigate potential risks and liabilities.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Generate reports and summaries of contract performance for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain accurate and organized contract documentation, including amendments and renewals.
  • Legal Compliance:
    • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting contracts in the medical device industry.
    • Ensure that all contracts comply with applicable legal requirements.

 

Education/Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

 

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong ability to analyze complex contract terms.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
