That’s why we’re seeking an Systems and Compliance Support Analyst responsible for ensuring the IT systems portfolio’s secure and compliant operation. This individual will collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure our systems align with security and compliance standards while supporting our users.
*Salary Range: Base of $75,000 – $85,000 per year. Benefits outlined below.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Support various IT systems, resolve user issues, and ensure optimal system performance.
- Security & Compliance Collaboration: Work closely with IT and business units to ascertain that systems align with established security and compliance standards.
- Audit & Review Participation: Conduct or Engage in periodic audits, assessments, and reviews to validate adherence to internal and external compliance benchmarks.
- Documentation Maintenance: Assist in the creation, revision, and upkeep of crucial documents like system configurations, compliance reports, and policy manuals.
- Incident Response: Aid in activities pertaining to system security incidents and compliance violations, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact.
- Staff Training: Deliver training sessions and guidance on best system usage practices and mandatory compliance requirements.
- System Implementation Support: Assist in rolling out and integrating novel systems and technologies, ensuring they are compliant and secure.
- Performance Monitoring: Keep an eye on system performance and user habits to spot trends, challenges, and potential areas of enhancement.
- Cross-departmental Collaboration: Partner with various departments to confirm that system alterations and rollouts adhere to compliance benchmarks.
- Reporting: Regularly generate and present reports on system performance, security, and compliance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in system management, cybersecurity, or a related role.
- Azure & Active Directory: Proficient in Azure Management and Active Directory administration, able to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud-based and on-premises resources.
- Cybersecurity Acumen: Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices to ensure system integrity and safeguard data.
- Software & Platforms: Solid understanding of Microsoft Products, Jira, and Tenable, with the capability to utilize them for system management, task tracking, and vulnerability assessment.
- Incident Management: Ability to respond to system and security incidents promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
- Auditing Skills: Competence in conducting security and system audits, identifying vulnerabilities and areas of non-compliance.
- Policy Management: Experience developing, updating, and maintaining IT policies and procedures to ensure system-wide compliance and operational excellence.
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of providing top-notch customer service to end-users, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
