High School Intern – Production

Operations – Production               ·             Roseville, CA (On Site)             ·           Part time 

Under close supervision, the High School Intern will provide administrative support to various departments as required.

This is a temporary position intended for high school students and is expected to be up to 6 months in length.

Work schedule is Part-time, Flexible – Minimum of 12 hours, maximum of 20 hours.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs administrative functions including faxing, copying, filing, data entry, scheduling conference calls, meeting rooms and equipment. 
• Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures. 
• Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company. 
• Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures. 
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

• Some High School required
• A work permit is required.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. 
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other standard office tools and equipment is desired

Base Pay Range Per Hour:  $17.00/ hour

Individual compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, work location and shift, and will increase over time based on meeting performance and business needs.
