Position Summary

Managing day-to-day operations and providing strategic advice. Designing and implementing business operations. Promoting policies that promote company culture and vision. Overseeing and coordinating operations of the company and the work of reporting executives.

 

What Will You Do

Reports to CEO and helps them: ​

  • Implements business plan and company procedures
  • Controls comprehensive goals for performance and growth, KPI definition
  • Co-develops and enforces policies that promote company culture and vision
  • As part of the Exec Team, participates in Exec Team meetings
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of Directors of the team (SC&Production, Customer Support, Sales and Marketing) 
  • Optimize processes for company efficiency
  • Lead employees to maximum performance and dedication
  • Evaluates performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with established information security and privacy policies and standards and act in accordance with instructions and procedures received
 

What Do You Need

Required
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Science or similar, and/or Business Administration 
  • Preferably, with experience in the medical device industry 
  • >5 years in a similar position- Implementation of the strategic goals and objectives of the organization 
  • Proficient in English
