Additional teaching expectations include supporting a future neuroscience major through the development of new courses in neuroscience, serving on the Neuroscience Minor Advisory Committee, and collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues to enrich the neuroscience curriculum. The ability to teach introductory courses in neuroscience and an advanced capstone course in neuroscience will be essential to the development of a neuroscience major. Candidates who have experience working with a diverse range of people are encouraged to identify their experiences in contributing to a climate of inclusivity in their cover letters.
