Description:

Fillauer TRS, Inc. is presently seeking a Production Assistant to join our team. Hours are 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday – Thursday and 7:00am – Noon Friday.  Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. 

Hourly rate is from $19 – $20 per hour depending on experience.  Fillauer offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision coverage for employees and dependents at group rates.  Life insurance, Short-term and Long-term disability is provided at no charge to employees.  Additional life insurance and other supplemental coverages are also available on a voluntary basis at group rates.

Responsibilities:

• Parts preparation, finishing, and assembly of all Fillauer TRS products.
• Reclaiming inserts of parts that did not pass QC
• Sand Blasting and grinding of various metal components
• Various other preparation and assembly as needed on such items as small parts,    accessories, and other products
• Assist with mold-making and mold-maintenance
• Inventory counting and control
• Filling out Quality Control Documents
• Help clean the shop once a week. This will include general trash pickup, replacing all tools, vacuuming work areas, and sweeping floors. All trash and recycling will be emptied in the appropriate outside dumpsters. Other shop maintenance will include, but not limited to, draining the air compressor tank, emptying dust collector, air compressor maintenance and general shop maintenance as needed.
• Occasional errands in town and to Denver metro area. Mileage will be reimbursed by Fillauer TRS at the current rates allowed by the IRS manufacturing, assembly, prosthetics, high paying jobs, metal fabrication, machining, 

Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Must have experience with mechanical assembly
• Experience using various power tools such as a drill press, bench grinder, belt sander, band saw, die grinders, and small hand tools are a plus. manufacturing, prosthetics, high pay, benefits
