Our core solution capture brainwave signals non-invasively through Neeuro SenzeBand device and analyses these signals with NeeuroOS, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven platform to provide users with meaningful insights in improving their brain function and mental wellness.

With more than 10 years of scientific and clinical experiences, Neeuro has expanded beyond Singapore shores and penetrated into international markets.
We are looking for driven, independent, and experienced Regional Business Operations Executive who is passionate about medtech and mental wellness to join our growth journey. You will be supporting the Chief Operating Officer to plan and drive strategic initiatives, nurture and support Neeuro’s business partners to build a sustainable business model. This is an individual contributor role and you are expected to be hands-on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the sales and marketing strategy to expand Neeuro’s footprint
- Execute the operations and support of onboarded and prospective business partners
- Enable the partners with sales tools, education to ensure the highest standard of quality
- Manage pricing, commercial terms and contracts with partners
- Manage a reliable sales forecast on a regular basis, acting in accordance with Neeuro’s sales forecasting processes
- Collaborate with various internal teams including marketing, sales, operations, engineering to create and deliver solutions and programs to partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or greater, preferrably in psychology
- At least 3 years in partners management in medtech, healthcare or related industry
- B2B sales experience and ability to cover stake holders
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision making and analytical skills
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Fluency in other foreign languages such as Thai, Indonesian Bahasa, German (verbal, written) will be an advantage
- Experience in a fast-paced and cross-functional organization
- Be ready for business travel
