About the Role

As the Director, Client Marketing at Twill, you play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategy and delivering value to our clients. You will be responsible for owning and executing our B2B2C marketing efforts and collaborating strategically across product, growth, and B2B marketing efforts to drive synergy and improve effectiveness. This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, a creative problem solver, and a results-driven leader.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and analyze client-specific marketing activation plans – leveraging Twill’s best practices and assets – to drive a successful product launch, ongoing user activation and user retention
  • Collaborate strategically with Growth and Product Marketing to continually advance learnings and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with our B2B2C audiences
  • Implement analytics to measure B2B2C marketing effectiveness
  • Manage materials efficiently through client approval processes including regulatory and compliance reviews
  • Help ensure that contractual performance metrics (KPIs) for activation and retention are met
  • Partner closely with Client Success to look for opportunities to drive additional value to clients to optimize and expand the relationship
  • Manage marketing projects to keep them on track

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or other relevant field. MBA or Master’s degree is desirable
  • Minimum 10+ years of marketing experience demonstrating increasing scope of responsibilities; including 5 years of marketing experience working within health plans.
  • Experience in working directly with clients to ensure that contractual performance metrics (KPIs) for activation and retention (monthly active users) are met
  • Excellent relationship development skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Comfortable and proficient in technology
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment
