Physician Specialist  – Business Development in Digital Therapies

As a Physician Partner Liaison, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with potential partners such as pharmaceutical organizations, research institutions, and other healthcare organizations across the EU. Your primary objective will be to facilitate the integration of our digital therapy products into the healthcare ecosystem, ultimately ensuring that patients can benefit from our innovations.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential partners who align with our digital therapies and R&D objectives
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in healthcare organizations
• Present and promote our digital therapy products, highlighting their benefits and value propositions
• Collaborate with the R&D team to provide valuable insights from the field to support product development and enhancements
• Coordinate and participate in meetings, conferences, and events to expand the company’s network and brand presence
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and product integration
• Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive partner engagement and achieve business objectives
• Contribute to the creation of educational materials and training programs for partners, focusing on the career transition from hospital or ambulatory care to the digital therapy industry

Requirements:

• Medical degree and active medical license in the EU
• Proven experience as a physician or in a related healthcare role
• Strong network and familiarity with the EU healthcare ecosystem
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation in healthcare
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to travel as needed (estimated 20% of the time)
