Qualifications:

  • Masters, PhD preferred, Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success in the clinical trials industry, with established C-level relationships. Experience in digital health sales is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record in selling innovative trial solutions, including early-to-market products, with a focus on Demonstrated ability to generate revenue across the various stages of drug development.
  • Understanding of CNS clinical trials, clinically and operationally, and digital technology solutions deployed
  • Consistent track record in high-dollar value sales, innovative solution selling, and lifecycle management of accounts with a history of effective funnel management and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels, including with internal team members and external customers.
  • Effective negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on maintaining and growing customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel to industry conferences and events, US and international, and client meetings.
  • Ideally is a known presence at CNS conferences befitting their connectivity into psych clinical trials ecosystem 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and drive new business opportunities, expanding Health Rhythms’ customer base.
  • Own and manage the sales process from lead generation to negotiating and close deals effectively
  • Analyze prospect needs, seek matches with Health Rhythms capabilities to demonstrate the value of Health Rhythms’ clinical trial and digital health solutions, emphasizing their impact on clinical and economic value
  • Collaborate internal teams (science, marketing, functional leads), external resources such as advisors, consultants, key opinion leaders (KOLs)
  • Utilize data to develop and execute territory business plans, to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build trust and credibility with new and existing customers to seed additional business
  • Engage effectively with C-Suite executives, leveraging executive presence, trial success metrics, knowledge, and persistence to advance business goals
  • Navigate customer contracting processes in partnership with legal, implementation, and business resources
  • Accurately forecast and manage sales opportunities applying Health Rhythms’ forecasting process
  • Maintain and grow industry and product knowledge, staying current with pharmaceutical clinical trial trends and technologies
