Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with the company’s overall vision and goals.
- Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key milestones and deliverables.
- Analyze data and customer feedback to make informed decisions regarding product features and enhancements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather input, set expectations, and provide regular updates on project status.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
- Advocate for a customer-centric approach, ensuring that the product meets the needs and expectations of our target audience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5 years) in product management, with a focus on shared services, integration, and CMS.
- Strong understanding of [industry/sector] and the ability to translate business needs into product solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in evaluating and integrating third-party services.
- Deep understanding of user experience, design principles, and agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of service architecture to optimize product performance and reliability.
