Overview

Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Manager to join the Neuroscience Institute team at our Downtown Indianapolis location. 

The Neuroscience Institute has various Centers that have launched and will be launching in the future.  The project manager will partner with the Center Directors and key team members to help develop a strategic plan and track metrics of success and sustainability. Manages a complex portfolio of projects for the assigned business unit. Ensures projects are managed appropriately, utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and resource planning. Develops project plans based on customer specifications that result in optimized performance, cost savings, efficiency and overall return on investments.

Our ideal candidate would have:

• Experience in strategic planning 
• Experience managing large scale projects, with several key stake holders 
• Experience working with leaders and team members across a matrix organization 
• Experience with successfully completing initiatives and creating watch metrics to measure success and sustainability 
• Experience leading by influence and creating partnerships/relationships with individuals throughout the organization

Qualifications for the Project Manager – Neuroscience Institute Role

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
