Neurable is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support the planning and development of Neurotechnology systems that record and analyze biological data to measure and enhance human performance. Neurable’s groundbreaking software and hardware technology enables electroencephalography (EEG) devices to be used outside of controlled lab settings at a large scale. The Technical Program Manager will support the definition, planning, execution of Neurable’s projects with external customers and internal agile software team sprints.

What You Will Do:
- Organize, direct, and coordinate complex technical projects from conception to completion
- Ensure project requirements and deliverables are clearly defined, key project milestones are met, project risks are identified and addressed, and concerns are elevated to minimize project impact
- Develop detailed project plans, including goals, timelines, and budgets
- Engage directly with external partners (including subcontractors) when required to ensure clear and consistent communication on projects
- Support continuous improvement activity such as lessons learned meetings to further improve the product development process and its effectiveness
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 5+ years experience in program management working with engineering teams
- Experience with agile software development
- Familiarity with hardware and software product development, including firmware, mobile apps, and cloud environments
- Strong oral and written communication
- Experience with wearable devices and consumer electronics
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent certification
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field
