Fulfillment and Logistics Manager

Reports To: Director, Manufacturing Operations

Key Tasks:

The responsibilities of the Inventory and Fulfillment Specialist shall include, but not be limited to:

• Manage inventory of products and raw materials needed for commercial products offered by Emulate.
• Perform inventory cycle-counts as required.
• Maintain and organize inventory room as necessary.
• Create internal sales orders and fulfill all orders utilizing Netsuite.
• Package and ship products to domestic and international partners.
• Coordinate import and export actions as necessary to ensure shipments are cleared inbound and outbound.
• Operate the autoclave to sterilize products needed for commercial inventory.
• Manage a warehouse and 3PL in Europe.
• Provide brief reports on current inventory levels and expected demand through sales.
• Assist with various small production related activities to prepare commercial product.

Preferable Experience:

• International shipping
• Customs and regulatory filings
• Ability to deal with quickly changing priorities
