Sr. Planner & Buyer

• Daily order receiving and production arrangement:
  • Get customers’ orders everyday;
  • Check materials to make sure parts are ready for production;
  • Work out daily production plan;
  • Check daily production yield;
  • Create missing parts list and drive to pullin all missing parts;
  • Necessary communication with logistics and customers 
• Purchase requirement plan:
  • Create parts purchase requirement in SAP by following KB systems;
  • Assist buyers to track suppliers’ delivery 
• DBS Kaizen Involvement:
  • Participate DBS workshops to learn various DBS tools; Lead DMP Kaizen;
  • Improve OTD by using PSP 
• Materials controlling and inventory management:
  • Analysize materials information to escalate inventory improvement;
  • Regularly check stock and find abnormal issues to improve it;
  • SAP data base refreshment and maintain
