Description

The Training Leader will spearhead the training process of all new hire INP Techs. Responsible for the assessment and identification of the in-patient training program’s needs as well as the day-to-day coordination of carrying out the training program. The Training Leader will also manage all INP tech new hires for their training through their 90 days competency. Additional responsibilities will include tasks such as assisting with QA, on call shifts, and coordinator back up phones.

 

Requirements

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Manage new techs training through their 30/60/90 day competency sign off. The number on this team will flex depending on hiring volumes
  • Oversee the trainers in their training role capacity
  • One to two on call days
  • Assist with QA across all INP techs
  • Attend meetings as needed
  • Gather and provide to management analytics on new hires

 

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the implementation and improvement of the INP Tech training program
  • Responsible for the training schedules, communication between new hires and staff and all reviews and competencies from hire to 90 days
  • Participate in screening and interviews for potential new hires for the INP tech team
  • Assist Sr. LTM Managers with maintaining training resources and ensuring all are up to date before orientations
  • Attend and assist new hire orientation days
  • As a clinical member of our staff, you may be called on to monitor remotely, coordinate, etc. outside of your regular shift assignments if emergent needs arise
  • Responsible for providing status updates to the INP Scheduling and Management teams in order to ensure all are aware when a new hire is signed off and ready to be on the schedule
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Communication skills – Written and Verbal
  • Be able to create training materials
  • Excellent MS Office, computer skills Interpersonal skills

 

Education and Experience:

  • BA Degree preferred
  • CLTM preferred

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
