We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Data Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Clinical Affairs department. As a Clinical Data Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and handling data-related queries, ensuring the efficient flow of information within our research initiatives.

**This is a 6 month contract role.**

 

What you will do:

  • Facilitate the efficient operation of the Clinical Affairs team by handling administrative and data related queries.
  • Prepare and track data sharing contracts, research license agreements, study documents and approvals.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with research collaborators, study sponsors and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with formatting, uploading and/or downloading of digital images to data management systems.
  • Prepare and process data through imaging platform.
  • Assist with quick data retrieval from data pipelines/servers.
  • Assist with data tagging and organization.
  • Retrieve publicly available data sets from online sources.
  • Assist with miscellaneous data requests.
  • Support data transfer communications with research partners.
  • This position does not have direct reports.
  • Perform any other related activities assigned by reporting manager.

 

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years’ administrative support experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Technically savvy
  • Experience with imaging data (DICOM files)
  • Strong writing and oral skills
  • Highly organized
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Process-improvement oriented
  • Pro-active problem solving
  • Ability to communicate effectively across the organization and with research collaborators worldwide.

 

Compensation – The hourly rate target for the role described in this job description is $40.00 to $46.00. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including but not limited to candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
