Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to achieving overall sales targets for the division.
- Assist in writing and reviewing sales quotes and tenders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products – acting as a subject matter expert.
- Provide high-level technical expertise and product knowledge to the sales process to facilitate competitive success.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and seminars to support sales efforts.
- Provide training and organize workshops for both internal and external clients, offering pre- and post-sales support.
- Promote products to potential clients and expand the customer base.
- Attend sales visits, participate in marketing activities, and engage in conferences to maximize customer exposure to products.
- Assist the Customer Service team in ensuring correct product configurations.
- Assist with troubleshooting instrument problems.
- Support the Sales Manager and the team in their absence or as required.

Professional Experience
- Ability to develop and deliver high level presentations and excellent presentations skills.
- Comply with quality, regulatory, international and company’s EHS requirements.
Education
- Science degree with postgraduate qualifications in relevant field (life sciences, physics, materials science)
- Solid knowledge of light microscopy principles.
- Practical knowledge in advanced light microscopy, laser microscopy.
- Sample preparation techniques to handle microscopy applications for biological or materials samples.
Language
- Fluent English – written and oral.

- Ability to communicate with front end users, engineers, scientists, and sales force.
