As the Project Director at Zander Labs, you will spearhead the NAFAS project, a pioneering initiative in neuroadaptive technology with a substantial budget of 30 million EUR. Your role involves strategic oversight, driving the project from conception to completion. You will be responsible for defining project scope, setting timelines, and delivering within budgetary constraints. This position requires a blend of technical understanding and managerial acumen to navigate complex challenges in a cutting-edge technological domain.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the NAFAS project, ensuring goals are achieved within time and budget.
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules.Liaise with stakeholders, including partners, funders, and industry experts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
• Report on project progress to executive management and stakeholders.

Job requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or R&D sectors.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ideally also German.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, interdisciplinary projects.
