Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Market Access & Reimbursement leader to play a key role in driving market adoption and payer coverage for Neurolutions’ innovative product, the IpsiHand. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive market access and reimbursement strategies, managing payer relations, leading the development of coverage policies and the prior authorization submissions and appeals process.  

 

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement market access and reimbursement strategies for the IpsiHand.
  • Own, develop and implement the prior authorization process, including building a team to support. 
  • Manage payer relations and build relationships with key decision-makers at national and regional levels.
  • Lead the development and execution of coverage policies, coding strategies, and pricing analyses.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for market expansion.
  • Develop and implement educational programs for payers and healthcare providers on the clinical and economic benefits of Neurolutions’ products.
  • Manage the market access and reimbursement budget.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the market access and reimbursement landscape.

 

What you’ll need

  • Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access and reimbursement, preferably in the medical device or neurotechnology industry.
  • Experience with payer contracting in the US market
  • Experience advocating with US payer medical directors for coverage considerations
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing market access and reimbursement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the payer landscape and the reimbursement process for medical devices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
