Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VA/Government Sales Leader to drive new business growth for Neurolutions and IpsiHand within the VA and government sectors. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals. You will have a deep understanding of the VA and government procurement process and a proven track record of success in selling complex medical devices.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the VA and government markets, targeting relevant agencies and programs.
- Identify and qualify leads, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the value of Neurolutions and IpsiHand products.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring compliance with all VA and government regulations.
- Build and manage a team of sales representatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with VA and government officials.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest VA and government procurement policies and procedures.
- Track and analyze sales data and metrics, and report on progress to management.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of success in selling to the VA and government markets.
- Strong understanding of the VA and government procurement process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing a team
