The Role:

This position supports the efficient operation of U.S. Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Development through the implementation and maintenance of administrative requirements and support. This role must be agile in their work, savvy and sensitive to confidential information, adapt to change well, possess the ability to exercise good judgment in various situations and be ready and willing to wear multiple hats.

 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative services by organizing administrative operations and procedures; through organizing and scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and with multiple parties.
  • Work independently and/or collaboratively on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities.
  • Maintain complicated calendars by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.  
  • Manages travel, including bookings and payments.  
  • Manages associated expense report processing.
  • Directly interface with internal and external parties.
  • Provide administrative support to other leadership team members as needed, especially related to team meetings, industry tradeshows and events, etc.
  • Plan and execute team meetings, physician and sales training events, dinners, etc.
  • Interface regularly with leadership team to drive projects and deliverables. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires 2 years of related work experience. 
  • HS Diploma or GED required. 

 

The hourly range for this position is $23.00 to $24.72 per hour however, base pay offered will take into account a range of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
