Job position:

We are looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist for maternity leave replacement to join our Marketing and Communication Team. The candidate will coordinate all the tasks related to external communications and manage public relations during the fairs, events and external visits.  

Your main tasks: 

• Plan and coordinate fairs, events, workshops, and conferences.  
• Assist and handle external visits.
• Manage press and public relations to strengthen Bitbrain’s public image.
• Conceive new ideas and concepts on corporate materials and coordinate their production.
• Perform admin duties including: 
  • Support the Business Development team in basic admin tasks such as processing company receipts, invoices, and bills or dealing with suppliers. 
  • Tracking of delivered orders. 
  • Carry out registration processes as suppliers.

What are we looking for? 

• Enthusiastic person at a Bachelor’s or Master’s level, with a degree in Marketing and communication or similar. 
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to work in a highly dynamic environment.
• Good communication and writing skills in Spanish and English. 
• Availability to start at the end of March
