Our Mission

Every 3 seconds someone in the world develops dementia. With an ever-growing and ever-aging population in nearly every country, the number of people who suffer from dementia will increase from 55 million to 78 million in 2030 and up to 139 million in 2050. The World Health Organization sees dementia as a public health priority. However, there is still no treatment available to cure the disease, although novel promising treatments are currently being investigated in several clinical trials.  

Our mission is to enable the early medical assessment and monitoring of memory problems along the Alzheimer’s disease continuum. Therefore, we have developed cognitive tests, embedded in a mobile application, that can be used in research or healthcare. 
We are looking for a  Global Market Access Manager (f/x/m) US Healthcare Market, who will play a pivotal role in driving our future business in the US and lead project teams or direct reports in our growing organization.
Please note that this position is also advertised as Senior Project Manager (f/x/m) US Healthcare Market.

Your Responsibilities

• Your main responsibility is to drive our future business in the US by initiating and managing complex projects within the US healthcare market 
• You define project scope, goals, and deliverables and develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies 
• You coordinate these activities across our entire organization 
• You provide clear direction, set expectations, and ensure effective communication within the team 
• You monitor and evaluate project progress, address issues and challenges proactively 
• You collaborate with stakeholders to address feedback and ensure project alignment as well as communication of project status, milestones, and challenges in a clear and timely manner 
• You stay abreast of relevant regulations and compliance requirements within the US healthcare market and work closely with our regulatory team 
• You may take over the project management of other international market entries in the future

Your Profile

• 4 years of working experience in projects with management responsibilities and at least 1 year experience specifically with the US healthcare market
• You have proven experience in project management specifically in launching a product in the US healthcare market (ideally a digital diagnostic tool) 
• You have in-depth knowledge about US healthcare system and their stakeholders including FDA 
• You have understanding for the regulatory requirements of the US healthcare market
• You are proficient in project management tools and methods and optionally you have completed trainings in the field of FDA, Regulatory, GMP or GMD 
• Completed Studies in the field of Management, Business administration or similar
• You have experience with leading a project team and ideally also direct reports
• Your commercial, strategic & business driven mindset leads to successful project outcomes 
• You are reliable and resilient and have a high level of self-organization and self-motivation as well as a forward-thinking approach
• You convince with a confident appearance and strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills therefore you have no problem with working in and leading teams within joint projects
• Your way of working is structured, conceptual and you shine with independence
• Very good knowledge of German or English at native speaker level
