About the Role: 
The Manufacturing Systems Expert who, among other responsibilities, will focus on Master Data and plays a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data in SAP. As a result of this, the Manufacturing Systems Expert makes a vital contribution to the efficiency and overall success of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Data Maintenance: Updating, monitoring and cleansing master data such as customer, vendor and material records in SAP
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring data quality through regular checks and addressing any errors or inconsistencies in master data
- Drive material activation process and aligning data maintenance with responsible functions
- Act as a point of contact (Subject Matter Expert) in PEM meetings (Pre-Evaluation Meetings) for changes and new projects
- Be the Business Process Owner for Master Data Management on site
- Data Migration: support of data migration in upcoming projects
- Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities for improving data processes and workflows in general
- Data analysis: drive the monthly measured KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for Master Data Accuracy

Role Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Good SAP knowledge or similar ERP system
- Being a reliable and precise person
- Likes to work with and manage various stakeholders
- Having the eye for details and being very structured
- Likes to work with Excel as well
Desirable Requirements:
Proficiency in German

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is €54,735.38 per year (on a full-time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications.
