About the Role:

The Manufacturing Systems Expert who, among other responsibilities, will focus on Master Data and plays a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data in SAP. As a result of this, the Manufacturing Systems Expert makes a vital contribution to the efficiency and overall success of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Data Maintenance: Updating, monitoring and cleansing master data such as customer, vendor and material records in SAP
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring data quality through regular checks and addressing any errors or inconsistencies in master data
• Drive material activation process and aligning data maintenance with responsible functions
• Act as a point of contact (Subject Matter Expert) in PEM meetings (Pre-Evaluation Meetings) for changes and new projects
• Be the Business Process Owner for Master Data Management on site
• Data Migration: support of data migration in upcoming projects
• Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities for improving data processes and workflows in general
• Data analysis: drive the monthly measured KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for Master Data Accuracy

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Good SAP knowledge or similar ERP system
• Being a reliable and precise person
• Likes to work with and manage various stakeholders
• Having the eye for details and being very structured
• Likes to work with Excel as well

Desirable Requirements:

Proficiency in German

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is €54,735.38 per year (on a full-time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications.
