We have a great opportunity in the exciting and fast paced medical devices market with our Head & Neck division, supporting specifically the Maxillofacial, ENT & Neurosurgical specialties. You will be responsible for maintaining existing business while at the same time identifying and developing new sales opportunities in Maxillofacial, ENT & Neuro accounts. Our comprehensive consumables & capital portfolio features Ultrasonic Aspirators, Neuro drills, maxillofacial rigid bone fixation systems, biomaterials, porous polyethylene implants, microdissection needles, Navigation, Microdebriders, neuro closure and patient-specific implants to address a wide variety of surgical specialties and procedures.
You will be working closely with an experienced sales team, helping to develop & foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders. You will take an active part in customer education in the field, supporting the sales team to achieve greater customer engagement and commercial success. You will actively pursue business opportunities to grow Stryker business in targeted accounts, and always display exemplary customer service and patient focus.

What you need
- Ideally, a BA or BSc degree in a Biomedical/Lifesciences or business-based subject (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in sales or a commercial setting would be advantageous.
- Commercial acumen and an interest or experience of building relationships with customers
- Computer skills, MS Office.
- Confident presentation skills with modern presentation media.
- An interest in anatomy and physiology.
- Must be comfortable working in emergency/operating room environments.
- Demonstrated high achiever who loves to learn and take on challenges.
- A background that demonstrates an ability to engage with others, influence, motivate and work hard.
- A valid drivers’ license.
