POSITION: Client Success Manager
COMPANY: Brainsights
STATUS: Full Time
LOCATION: Toronto, ON
PAY RATE: $65,000 – $85,000 (negotiable), plus performance-related bonuses and benefits

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, servicing, and growing clients at Brainsights. You will ensure that client service expectations are met, and work in a cross-functional capacity with engineering, product and design teams to supply client needs to power product innovation.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing and growing a roster of world-class clients from media and entertainment, finance, retail, packaged goods and tech sectors
  • You will deliver impeccable client service, possessing both attention to detail and a knack for spotting opportunities to enhance our clients’ businesses.
  • You will excel at cross-function collaboration and communication, feeding client needs to product and engineering teams to power product and service innovation.
  • You will be as comfortable working in a dataset as you are presenting to a boardroom of stakeholders.
  • You will have exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a talent for simplifying the complex
  • You will develop and deliver thought leadership, both internally and externally, to bring Brainsights’ work and insights to life. This may range from written pieces, such as whitepapers and blog posts, to industry-wide conference presentations.
  • This role will require you to travel periodically to other markets (primarily Montreal, New York, and London, and occasionally much further afield).

Qualifications/Requirements/Experience

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of delivering exceptional service to blue chip brands, which they have gained from at least five years of experience in one or more of the following fields:

  • A marketing agency (media, creative, PR), likely in a research, insights or analytics role
  • A market research company
  • Sales and account management experience with a brand name publisher/platform

Additional qualifications:

  • University-level training (Bachelor’s degree or higher) in one or more of the following an advantage: Neuroscience, psychology, marketing, media, business, behavioural science, economics
  • Proficiency in French is a definite advantage.
