Job Summary/Purpose

We are searching for a talented and motivated Creative Specialist to ensure that our creative materials are optimized for maximum business impact, usability, and brand integrity. This person will be involved in developing creative assets for use in print and digital initiatives, including graphic design and video production.

Candidates should be customer-centric, well-organized and possess a solid grasp of good creative execution for use across various platforms. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills are vital in this role.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create new print and digital materials to drive key commercial outcomes.
  • Leverage existing creative assets to develop custom versions of existing materials to drive specific initiatives for customers, customer groups, regions/territories, etc.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team on creative execution of ongoing advertising and content campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team on new online tools to enhance B2B and/or B2C user experience with Neurolens digital tools.
  • Provide input on new creative assets, campaigns, tools, etc. to help propel brand development
  • Shoot and edit video related to ongoing Marketing efforts.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities: NA

 

Education, Experience, And Training:

  • Associate Degree strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
  • Experience with Video (shooting and editing) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience in the optical industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
