Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities
Performs non-technical project execution from initiation through delivery using an internal customer perspective. Coordinates cross-functional team responsibilities and management, and tracks progress activity. Manages specific projects with a distinct beginning and end, requiring people and resource management and cross-functional collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assists in the development of project scope and objectives, connecting with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Supports the coordination activities of internal and external resources to ensure successful implementation of projects according to plans, budgets, and schedules
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
- Ensures resource availability and allocation to meet project scope and budget targets
- Meets with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills / Capabilities
- Knowledge of project management and execution
- Strong capabilities in MS Office suite, specifically in Excel
- Advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate cross functionally
- Time management and analytical skills
Education and Experience
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and no previous professional experience
- Applies basic principles, concepts, practices and standards of a professional field to complete standard tasks and assignments
- Researches and interprets factual information (e.g., assesses accuracy of detailed information, identifies inconsistencies in data and results); frequently solves problems through research of multiple alternatives
