Inventory and Operations Specialist

Mentalab is a Neurotech start-up in Munich. We make the world’s most advanced precision ExG sensor systems. Our multicultural and dynamic team is looking for a qualified new team member to support our organization and operations.

Core responsibilities:

• Coordinate supply chain and inventory: Reorder stock, coordinate manufacturing partners
• Administer product testing and quality control procedures of Explore precision biosensors
• Coordinate international shipments of customer orders 
• Continuous improvement of internal processes and documentation
• Support hard- and software development team as needed
• Interact and coordinate with customers and external partners 

Required experience: 

• Relevant prior work experience in organizational and operational management 
• Experience in the production of electronics, quality control 
• Coordination and management of supply chains, inventory, warehousing 
• Shipping, invoicing, customer communication (ideally internationally)
• Experience in organizational improvement, documentation of information, standard operating procedures
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken. 
• Strong work ethics, self-motivation, and love for neat organization, strong computer skills
• Any experience in media creation is a bonus (picture and video materials)
• Ambitious and fun people. Additional personal or professional skills and experience are welcome!
