Job Description

Provide support to the FP&A team in the creation of dashboards, reportings, and KPIs during the implementation of Power BI.

Job duties:

• Actively participate in the structuring of management control and reporting to support growth. 
• Collaborate with matrix teams (e.g., sales, marketing, IT, controlling, etc.) to ensure effective and efficient deployment of capabilities. 
• Develop and implement new dashboards, reportings, and KPI’s using Power BI software.
• Support the team in the preparation of quarterly reports, data submissions, and variance analysis. 
• Participate in the monthly closing process. 
• Support the monitoring of the company’s performance (e.g., P&L, Sales, Inventory – Actual vs Plan, etc.) 
• Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization. 
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• State degree in business administration or finance with an IT concentration. 
• Autonomous, rigorous and proactive in analyzing information. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; enjoy working in a team. 
• Good command of office automation tools, particularly Excel and ideally Power BI. 
• Good level of English language proficiency. 

Desired Qualifications

• Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in the financial field.
