Role Description

This full-time remote position aims to have ownership over the complete Sales Funnel activities from Market Segment Identification, Lead Sourcing Channels, Scrapping, Outbound materials, and Outbound activities (emails, phone calls, applications, etc.) to Demo and Closing. It is an end-to-end position, which includes several bonus opportunities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
  • Contact and qualify potential customers
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads
  • Make Demo presentations and track progress toward meeting sales goals
  • Generate revenue by taking charge of the sales process
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Hubspot and Looker, to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

 

Specific Tasks

  • Lead generation through cold calling in the US market to arrange first meeting appointments, take the meetings, and follow up with every prospect.
  • Revenue generation through taking first meetings, Demos, and following up through the sales process until closure.
  • Definition, segmentation, settings, and execution of emailing and LinkedIn, Phantombuster, and related platforms.
  • Other administrative tasks related to supporting the commercial team.

 

Exclusive Qualifications

  • English Bilingue is mandatory (or really really really good)
  • +2 years of experience selling to US customers
  • +2 years of experience in sales (from lead gen to closure)
  • +2 years of experience in handling presentations, demoing, and closing +$25k B2B deals
  • Experience in corporate wellness, employee benefits, insurance, or the healthcare industry as a salesperson
  • Experience handling CRMs such as Hubspot, Salesforce, or other platforms

 

Bonus Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Experience with sales development and marketing
  • Experience with healthcare and employee benefits
  • Experience with sales cycles

 

Compensation and Benefits

  • Format: Consulting Agreement
  • Based in Latam
  • Compensations in USD. Crypto payment available
  • 6-12 Months initially
