As Head of Sales and Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the market presence of Science Foundry. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, cultivating relationships with new and existing customers, and driving business expansion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage industry expertise to guide expansion of the Foundry in alignment with the overarching goals of the company.
Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in multiple market segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision making.
- Represent Science Foundry at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administrations, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the MEMS or semiconductor industry.
- Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of MEMS fabrication processes and applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
