The Clinical Applications Manager will be responsible for all topics related to clinical use of DIH’s innovative medical devices for the Hospital and Clinical Market in North America.

This position requires significant traveling (50+%), mainly domestic.

Would you like to….

• Plan, organize, and conduct clinical product trainings at customer sites in North America, 
• Advance and implement the Clinical Applications strategy for North America,
• Manage independent instructors in North America (recruiting, assessment, initial education, certification, controlling, support, audits),
• Provide continuous customer support on clinical questions and align with interest group meetings,
• Ensure adequate and complete documentation of clinical product trainings and other customer-related activities,
• Analyze customer feedback on clinical trainings and clinical use of DIH products,
• Support and coordinate regional sales and sales support activities,
• Assist the sales and marketing team at key conferences and trade shows,
• Run product demonstrations for customers and internal employees,
• Initiate, organize and execute further education activities and events (webinars, user meetings, CEU and CME workshops), 
• Identify and manage clinical Key Opinion Leaders and clinical experts in the North America region, organize regional speakers bureau,
• Maintain an accurate customer relationship management system,
• Advance and implement a continued clinical education strategy for internal employees, especially the sales team, 
• Support customers with their clinical trials in cooperation with DIH’s HQs.

You…

• Understand DIH-brands (Hocoma, Motek) therapy concepts thoroughly,
• Understand the rehabilitation market and clinical needs thoroughly,
• Have at least 4 years of experience as a certified Physical Therapist, ideally in (Neurological) rehabilitation,
• Have experience with advanced technologies in clinical settings,
• Have experience as a teacher, mentor and/or execution of clinical trainings,
• Have Excellent communication and product demonstration skills,
• Are a strong team player with good organizational and multi-tasking skills,
• Are Self-motivated with the ability to independently co-ordinate your own.
