Job Description

As a Mechatronics Engineer with a focus on Electrical Engineering and Robotics at Mentech, you play a key role in designing and developing both an innovative robot that performs interventions based on stress predictions from HUME, and in further developing our wearable product line. This role involves close collaboration with healthcare professionals and end-users to understand their needs, validate the functionality of our solutions, and integrate direct feedback into the development process.

What Will You Do?

• Develop complex electromechanical systems for both our wearable products and robotic intervention tools, aimed at improving care.
• Directly interact with customers and users to gather specifications, understand needs, and validate the effectiveness of developed solutions.
• Design, prototype, and test systems, with a special focus on electrical engineering and mechatronics.
• Utilize simulation tools and PCB design software within an agile development environment.

What Do We Expect From You?

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in mechatronics or electrical engineering, preferably with experience in health technologies.
• Proficiency in simulation, CAD and PCB design tools, C programming.
• Strong communication skills and experience with customer and user interaction.
• A team player who can work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
