What you will do

• Responsible for technical services in the assigned territory/region
• Conduct installation, provide preventive and corrective maintenance services for assigned markets, alone or together with the local sales partner’s technician(s)
• Responsible to deliver and maintain service operational KPIs and collaborate to the target achievements
• Register all service requests in our CRM system following regulatory guidelines for support and feedback surrounding medical devices
• Maintain high quality customer support on all inbound, outbound and email and telephone communication
• Proactive planning and execution of customer visits
• Document, maintain and organize service history associated with all installed systems
• Prepare service quotations and maintain proper documentation

*** This position will require field services and international travel up to 70% of the time with the ability to work flexible working hours

What you bring

• At least 2 years’ experience working with complex medical devices (hardware, software and electronics) preferred
• Training and/or education in electro technical and/or mechanical field
• High customer focus; strive to solve customer problems in a fast an efficient manner
• Conscientious, proactive, solution-oriented and self-driven personality
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders/customers
• Team-oriented personality committed to achieve common goals
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written), additional foreign language skills are a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle is a plus
