As a subject coordinator you will support neurotech development by overseeing recruitment, scheduling, and coordination of research participants across sites. You will manage recruiting platforms and strategies in addition to creating schedules and acting as a point of contact for all participants.

Core Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Recruit human research subjects for data collection studies using a variety of tools, websites, and postings. Implement effective recruiting platforms and strategies to ensure a diverse and representative pool of participants.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule participants for lab studies across multiple cities in the United States. Allocate research participants efficiently across projects and locations to meet research needs.
- Administration: Process payments, consent forms, and ensure compliance with research protocols.
- Data Management: Track data budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience
- High School diploma
- Experience managing calendars and creating events
- Strong organizational skills and ability to establish effective processes
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Budgeting experience
Nice to Have Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience
- Experience in high-paced schedule management, coordinating appointments for in-person visits.
- Previous experience in customer service or office management.
- Experience recruiting research subjects
$60,000 – $75,000 a year
The compensation band is an estimate and depends on experience. The total compensation for this position may also include stock options and relocation reimbursements.
