Complaint Specialist

Middleton, WI – Must be within driving distance of our Middleton Office and able to go in on an as needed basis. 

 

The Complaint Specialist (entry level) is a crucial team member, who provides extraordinary customer service by coordinating investigation initiation, review, follow-up, and closure of complaint data.

 

What you’ll get to do in this role:

  • Coordinate complaint processing activities including review, evaluation, data collection, risk, investigation, and file closure.
  • Assist in CAPA actions, including planning, execution, & effectiveness checks where applicable.
  • Support key QA/RA activities, as assigned, including product/incident risk assessments, training, internal auditing, and quality metrics.
  • Support the analysis of field failures and product malfunctions.
  • Encourage informed Risk-taking and acts as a catalyst for innovation at Natus; generates practical, sustainable, and creative options to solve problems and create business opportunities, while maximizing existing resources.
  • Champion and lead change initiatives; identifies the best approach for implementing strategic processes in light of cultural and diversity
  • Assist with quality processes and documentation improvements
  • Be responsible for ensuring all operations conducted meet the requirements for quality products, processes and records as required by the quality management system. 
  • Travel: up to 15% on an as needed basis. 

 

What we are looking for: Basic qualifications

  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent education or experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Excel
  • Clear communication skills and team player
  • Experience writing routine reports and correspondence
  • Understanding of, or ability to grasp medical terminology and equipment is essential
  • Must be motivated, self-starter professional with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. 

 

Our S2 Leveling can be considered for meeting preferred skills: 

  • ASQ certification
  • Demonstrated complaint handling experience in a heavily regulated environment, preferably medical device
