The Surrey Neuroplasticity Clinic (SNPC) is part of a brain technology company named HealthTech Connex Inc. Furthermore, we are a multidisciplinary team, comprised of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Kinesiologists, Clinical Counsellors, and Rehabilitation Assistants. Our team of clinicians utilize a broad range of skills working with trauma, concussion & brain injury, chronic pain, PTSD, and a range of neurological conditions to deliver client-centered care with the aim of improving the client’s quality of life.

We are currently looking for a Kinesiologist who aligns with our purpose and core values.
Responsibilities
- Providing Active and Functional Rehabilitation to clients presenting with various injuries and conditions, including significant neurological deficits
- Communication and collaboration with health team members and referral sources
- Conducting assessments and consults for specialty programs including WSBC Early Concussion Assessment and Treatment Program
- Maintenance of accurate electronic clinical records using Jane
- Independently manage caseload with support from team lead and admin
- Collaborate with the clinic’s interdisciplinary team as appropriate
- Ability to combine cutting-edge technologies (e.g. PoNS neurostimulation, NeuroCatch mobile EEG, Neurocom Balance Testing, Neurofeedback and more!) paired with treatment to help clients push past the plateau.
- Other duties as required
Qualifications and Experience
- Currently registered and in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists
- Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with a concentration in Exercise Science
- 1+ years of clinical experience in working with concussion and neurological populations
- Experience working with WSBC, LTD and ICBC referrals is an asset
- Work conditioning, FCE, and Return to Work support experience preferred
- Applicants must have a valid Driver’s License and vehicle
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for brain health
