Role

You will be responsible for managing and promoting product line, by continuously collecting market intelligence and customer feedback and working closely with internal departments as sales, support and development. You should be also strongly involved in the marketing and the sales processes in the role of the product expert.

Responsibilities 

• Translate customer needs into clear requirements for development, marketing, sales or other departments involved in order to continuously optimize our solution offering 
• Support the sales process as the product expert to ensure the best feasible offering and positioning to our prospects and existing customers 
• Plan, organize and follow-up in bid-team meetings when participating in tenders to ensure this process is run as efficiently as possible 
• Collect customer feedback with the Customer Success Managers to improve our offering and maintain a close relationship with our customers 
• Follow trends and watch competition to ensure we provide the best solution in the market 
• Ensure that requirements from regulatory and legal are being covered in our development and sales process for your product line 

Requirements

• PhD/Master’s degree; Human Movement Science preferred 
• 5+ years of experience in product management in a high-tech company 
• Experience in optimizing workflow and processes in an international company 
• Ability to translate complex relationships and solutions into understandable and visual representations and strategies, as well as present these internally and externally 
• Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology 
• Team player with great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness 
• Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills 
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills 
• Personality traits including flexibility, self-motivation, honesty, reliability, persistence and able to work under pressure 
• Outstanding communication, influencing negotiation and presentation skills 
• Fluency in the English language (spoken and written), other languages are a plus 
• Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% travel to regions, KOLs and customers
