ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
 
  • Design and implement machine learning techniques aimed at solving specific problems 
  • Construct and curate large problem specific datasets
  • Conceive deep learning approaches to solving particular product problems 
  • Develop algorithms to handle data contaminants
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of neuroscientists, engineers, and physicists in order to develop and transfer designed technologies to product groups

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 
 
  • B.S, in CS, ML or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in signal processing roles
  • Extensive knowledge with neural networks, machine learning concepts, and deep learning concepts
  • Strong C++ and Python coding skills
  • Experience using and modifying TensorFlow, Caffe, & PyTorch code and/or other neural network development frameworks 
  • Knowledge of time frequency analysis, biostatics, artifact removal, and discrete/continuous time series analysis.

 

PREFERRED SKILLS:
 
  • Experience in the neuroscience, biology or related field
  • Industry experience dealing with large datasets and deploying real-time algorithms at scale
  • Advanced level of proficiency with OpenVX, GPU OpenCL/Cuda programming, image processing, and compression techniques
