improves your concentration at work. This will allow us to collect the largest labelled EEG
database in the world, enabling new applications spanning online education, e-sports and
gaming, AR/VR, and mental health.

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO

We’re looking for a full stack developer to support the development of Mindset’s EEG technology
and desktop application. This will include:
• Designing and developing the front end for Mindset’s desktop application (React/Redux)
• Supporting development of the backend, database design, hardware integration, and
cloud infrastructure (Python, REST API, Flask, AWS)
• Collaborating with our data science, neuroscience, adaptive music, UX, & branding
teams to design and develop the app experience
• Whatever else needs to get done to make Mindset amazing!

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

We’re looking for a developer who has experience, and is willing to continue learning in the
following areas:
• Python3 & Javascript fluency are a must
• React, Redux, REST API, and AWS experience are a plus
• Previous experience designing, building, and shipping a web app
• A passion for front end development: responsive UIs, performance and compatibility
issues, app deployment, and scaling
• Strong technical & investigative skills – we’re looking for a hands-on coder who likes
building reliable, test-driven systems
• An insatiable curiosity for problem solving, in both technical and non-technical
environments
• A desire to continuously learn – be ready to work closely with our colleagues, advisor,
and mentor network to improve your skills
