Affiliate & Ambassador Coordinator – Co-op (May – August)

Our Muse and Muse 2 headbands are designed to make meditation easier and provide real-time audio and visual feedback on your meditative state through the Muse companion app.

As a Affiliate & Ambassador Coordinator – Co-op on our marketing team, you have an understanding of digital marketing and an interest in applying your excellent coordination skills to keep our affiliate and ambassador platforms organized and flowing well. Your support will help us expand our reach, by enabling a community of advocates.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage administration of our Affiliate and Ambassador platforms, including membership approvals, creative asset maintenance, and commission payments
• Track and report on program sales and activity
• Troubleshoot issues raised by our program partners
• Maintain platforms, ensuring current creative assets are made available
• Provide marketing administration support
• Creative ideation on how to improve the current programs

Your skills and experience:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and technology
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills
• Great analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office / Google Suite and ability to quickly learn various software tools
• Knowledge of Google Analytics a plus
