
14 Jun Clinical Collaborations Project Coordinator – Mountain View
Job Description:
This position reports to the Director of Clinical Education. This role is responsible for organizing collaborative clinical research projects, including investigator initiated and NeuroPace sponsored studies.
Responsibilities:

- Organize meetings to discuss collaborative projects with interested physicians at collaborating centers
- Work with NeuroPace legal representative(s) to ensure appropriate execution of legal agreements associated with the research project execution
- Write and revise IRB protocols and data collection forms consistent with associated legal agreements
- Communicate with institution IRBs to ensure questions are answered and IRB approval is achieved for individual projects
- When relevant, manage NeuroPace data repository systems set-up and access
- Work with collaborators to provide updates, audit data entries, track data entry progress, and manage payments to institutions as relevant
- Work closely with the Director of Clinical Education to do basic data analyses and write abstracts/publications
- Manage journal submissions, including solicitation of collaborator review of materials and obtaining author disclosures
Requirements:

- BS degree required
- Superb communicator of technical and scientific information
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with scrupulous attention to detail
- Must be a flexible self-starter and self-motivated individual
- Known for collaborative working style and teamwork
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office
- Works in the Mountain View office 5 days per week.
