Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager.

The position will play an integral role in expanding our business in EU and US. You will be responsible for optimising and executing a marketing strategy to stand out in the healthcare IT industry.

 

Responsibilities

    • Analyze potential markets related to Neurology, Radiology and other image and data analysis services
    • Lead initiatives on the growth of users and the engagement
    • Develop an optimal campaign to reach out to pharmaceutical companies, CROs, research institutions and other potential clients
    • Drive creation of relevant content to attract customers, including white papers, webinars, brochures, social media, blog and specific campaigns
    • Oversee the preparation and presence at scientific conferences
    • Collaborate internally with executives, the business team and the R&D team to create and implement Go-to-market strategies
    • Optimize the pricing model for different types of clients and offerings
    • Formulate partnerships with external data and/or analysis providers
    • Build and manage the marketing team

 

Desired Skills and Experience

    • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing
    • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, be it medical or pharmaceutical software (i.e. reaching scientific communities)
    • Proven track-record of successful marketing strategy development and implementation in the healthcare software space
    • Ability to quickly understand the business and match the product to the different target markets and potential customers
    • Demonstrated success working with media
    • Experience with data-driven approach by monitoring metrics (i.e. Google Analytics)
    • Skills in analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and positioning
    • Ability to represent the organization to its external stakeholders in a variety of settings
    • Excellent organizational skills, can create and follow a timeline with concrete results
    • Passion for innovative high-tech products and for technological advance
    • Forward thinking to be able to develop innovative marketing activities and create attractive material
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders and C-level in an international environment
    • Bilingual or advanced English skills
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Familiarity with a multicultural team environment
    • Desire to work in a fast-paced growth-stage startup
    • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related area
