Position overview:

We’re looking for a Launch Specialist to help customers successfully implement the BrainCheck platform in their practice. After a customer signs up with BrainCheck, the Launch Specialist will be responsible for working with the customer to help them get the best possible experience from the BrainCheck platform — especially in their first 90 days.

The Launch Specialist will help the customer work through the end-to-end process of integrating BrainCheck into their practice — including patient identification, test administration, provider interpretation and review, and reimbursement. The Launch Specialist will also help to the customer address any technical hurdles in order to ensure the best experience.

When practices successfully implement BrainCheck, they are able to provide better care to their patients, and also establish an important revenue stream. The Launch Specialist plays a critical role in turning customer aspirations into reality!

Essential job functions:

• • Learn about each customers’ organization and culture, in order to help them successfully incorporate BrainCheck into their clinic
  • Deliver training over the phone and in person, to a wide range of stakeholders (technicians, office managers, medical providers, billing specialists)
  • Travel to customer sites when necessary to help them integrate BrainCheck into their workflow
  • Identify and solve for potential stumbling blocks to ensure a smooth adoption and ramp up of the BrainCheck cognitive testing platform
  • Listen and learn about our customers, and then advocate on their behalf in working to improve the BrainCheck product over time
  • Partner with BrainCheck customers to help them accomplish clinical care and revenue goals through the use of BrainCheck

Required skills and attributes:

• • 1-3 years of experience working with providers in a clinical setting
  • Experience working with software operation and implementation
  • Training or leadership experience is a plus
  • Savvy with web-based technologies and mobile apps
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Proven track record of accomplishments and over-achievement of goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
