SOFTWARE ENGINEER – MEDICAL IMAGING / SEGMENTATION

WHAT WE OFFER
We are looking for a highly motivated software engineer to join the development team of the anatomical mapping division. Medical image data is the basis for the use of any of our software applications. This data is processed, enriched and modified by a variety of algorithms.

As one of the specialists in our algorithm team, you will

• • independently develop and implement sophisticated mathematical algorithms used in complex medical applications in the field of radiological image processing and medical image Segmentation
  • be doing object-orientated programming in C++ and implementing compact, modular and efficient algorithms
  • contribute greatly to our software applications, which are used for the planning and execution of surgical procedures or radiotherapy treatments
  • expand your knowledge in the field of anatomy

WHAT YOU OFFER

• • You have completed postgraduate studies in Mathematics, (Medical) Computer Science or Physics, or have relevant professional experience preferably in the field of medical image processing
  • You have a passion for mathematics and are looking for an interesting and challenging position
  • During your studies, you have already had practical experience in software development using C++ or you have been successfully programming sophisticated algorithms for many years
